Oxigraph update queries

The queries will work on LBD-triples that can be generated with LD-BIM.

For example:

1. Open the Duplex test example
2. Open Data Source Overview modal by clicking the red graph icon
3. Click the kebab menu at "data-source-0"
4. Click download
